Spa Attendant/Front Desk

NFC Amenity Management is currently accepting applicants for various Spa Attendant positions at a spa in a luxury residential Property in the Brickell Miami, FL area.

Responsibilities of a Spa Attendant

Must have a passion for elevated customer service
Stand and greet each person as they enter/exit.
Check in spa guest/members courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established spa requirements
Provide information and assistance to all guest/members and visitors
Organize and maintain work space.
Enforce policies and procedures as set forth by the property.
Must possess strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
Provide exceptional Customer Service by exceeding client's expectations and needs.
Complete thorough, daily facility inspections.
Effectively communicate operation malfunctions promptly to the Spa Manager in a timely manner.
Assist in setting up locker rooms
Helping other area of Spa when needed

Qualifications

Must be willing to deliver the highest level of quality customer service (aggressive hospitality) to our clients.
Attention to detail is a must.
Strong individual and team contributor.
Must be friendly, outgoing, and a people-person.
Previous experience as spa attendant preferred.
Comfortable being active on shift- walking, tidying up.
Assist with laundry

Shifts:

7:00am - 3:30pm / 3:00pm -11:00pm
